A Waukee woman was arrested Friday after allegedly whipping her child with a phone charging cord.
Adeng Choul Leek Deng, 37, of 1239 N.W. Williamsburg Lane, Waukee, was charged with child endangerment-bodily injury.
The incident occurred about 11 p.m. Friday outside a residence in the 1200 block of N.W. Williamsburg Lane, where officers of the Waukee Police Department saw a child “run out of a neighboring house and run west,” according to court records…
