On Dec. 12, U. S. Attorney David C. Waterman delivered remarks at his formal swearing-in ceremony at the United States Courthouse in Des Moines, a news release says.
The December ceremony marked the ceremonial commencement of Waterman’s tenure as the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, after Chief Judge Stephanie M. Rose’s administration of the oath of office on Oct. 15.
