A West Des Moines woman was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly assaulting a West Des Moines man in a dispute over a cell phone.
Alexandria Marie Dittmer, 36, of 8602 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, was charged with assault causing bodily injury.
