WAUKEE, Iowa — The medical director of a Waukee health spa was fined $10,000 for not appropriately overseeing operations of employees he was deemed responsible for.
According to allegations brought against Dr. Daniel Kollmorgen in early December, as medical director of 4Ever Young Med Spa & Wellness Center, he is “responsible for for reviewing the work of nurse practitioners which includes history, physicals, and lab work. “
Kollmorgen has served as medical director of 4Ever Yung since July 2024, according to the board, but also works 2-3 days a week in Oskaloosa, over 60 miles away…
