Learn about female paleontologists at Cambridge Natural History Museum

The Cambridge Natural History Museum and curator Anderson Taylor invite the public to a free presentation on “The Lives and Discoveries of Famous Female Paleontologists” on Saturday, January 10 from 1 – 2 p.m. in the basement of the Cambridge Public Library, 212 W. Center Street.This presentation will explore the lives and groundbreaking contributions of female paleontologists, including Mary Anning, Mary Ann Mantell and Sue Hendrickson. Their discoveries helped shape modern understanding of prehistoric life. Visitors will gain insight into the challenges these women faced and the lasting impact of their work through storytelling and historical context.
