MITCHELLVILLE, Iowa — Mitchellville is experiencing another shakeup in city leadership as the town’s public works director announced his resignation on Tuesday, continuing a wave of departures that began when the entire police department quit in recent weeks.
Residents say the situation has left the community feeling unsettled.
