A West Des Moines man was arrested Wednesday on a Dallas County warrant in connection with a Christmas Eve incident in which he allegedly burglarized a West Des Moines residence and assaulted one of its occupants.
Philip Todee Hne, 21, of 8925 Cascade Ave., West Des Moines, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault, first-degree burglary and child endangerment.
The incident began about 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 24 at a residence in the 8900 block of Cascade Avenue, where Hne allegedly “entered into the apartment of the victim, without permission to do so and unannounced,” according to court records…
