Major expansion: Iowa’s IAble plan opens to more with disabilities

DES MOINES, Iowa — State Treasurer Roby Smith announced an expansion in eligibility for IAble, allowing individuals whose disability began before age 46 to open an account.

This change will enable thousands more Iowans with disabilities to save with a tax-advantaged plan, enhancing their financial independence and security.
