Stalcup Agricultural Services of Storm Lake has expanded its footprint in Iowa with the acquisition of Midstates Farm Management from Midstates Bank in Council Bluffs. The deal, effective January 1st, adds more than 11,000 acres across 53 farms in 11 counties of West Central and Southwest Iowa.
The acquisition brings Stalcup’s management portfolio to over 120,000 acres, alongside its real estate and appraisal services in Iowa, South Dakota, and Nebraska.
