(Des Moines)–The Iowa Board of Nursing has charged a Spencer nurse with acting in a manner that may be harmful to patients.
According to the Iowa Capital Dispatch, the board has charged 60-year-old Larae Pemberton with committing an act that might adversely affect the physical or psychosocial welfare of a patient, and with failing to assess or report the status of a patient.
