WAUKEE, Iowa — A rezoning plan in Waukee indicates a grocery store and associated gas station could be coming to an already busy part of the western suburb.
The plan indicates a request to rezone the plot of land on the northeast corner of Alice’s Road and Hickman Road for commercial development. The plans call for a nearly 180,000 square foot retail or grocery store and an accompanying gas station and convenience store.
