A West Des Moines man was arrested Monday after he allegedly broke into a Waukee woman’s home and threatened to kill a third party.
Fidencio Vaca-Ochoa, 20, of 1204 Office Park Road, West Des Moines, was charged with first-degree harassment, second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
