WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — West Des Moines police are searching for an armed man who they say shot at officers before running away.
Police responded to 1124 Vine Street at 11:54 p.m. Monday after learning of a man armed with a gun. When they arrived, police say the suspect fired at officers.
A police officer located the suspect and fired back, at which point the suspect ran away, police said in a press release. Officers recovered a shell casing near the scene. No officers were injured…
