A Waukee man was arrested Monday after allegedly assaulting a Waukee woman while driving.
Deacon Jonathon Montgomery, 23, of 3684 Jasmin Lane, Waukee, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness.
The incident began about 3 a.m. Saturday in a vehicle on U.S. Interstate 80 in Waukee, where a domestic dispute between Montgomery and the victim allegedly “turned into a rolling domestic assault,” according to court records…
