DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department says an 18-year-old previously reported missing was later found with serious injuries.
Des Moines Police announced Sunday just before 9 a.m. that 18-year-old Landon Shivers had last been seen Saturday in the Drake Neighborhood. Authorities said he had left the area, but that his destination was unknown.
DMPD says Shivers family discovered a video that shows Landon with physical injuries, which police say were likely related to an assault.
