A Clive man was arrested Monday for allegedly assaulting a Waukee woman for the third time since 2021.
Abdelgadir Nasr Azrag, 43, of 1565 N.W. 84th St., Clive, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood.
