(Des Moines, IA) — Des Moines Police are searching for a man after his three-year-old child was hospitalized for a suspected fentanyl overdose.
On February 6th, the child was taken to a local hospital and given several doses of Narcan. Police say the child is now recovering.
Investigators believe the child was in the care of their father, 32-year-old Jaylin Starks, at the time of the overdose. A search of Starks’ home reportedly uncovered several packages of fentanyl along with distribution materials…
