DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines police have arrested a second suspect in connection to an incident in which an officer was hit by a vehicle earlier this month.
On Feb. 5, police attempted to arrest 18-year-old Reginald Soward during an investigation into multiple Facebook Marketplace cellphone thefts.
