A Dallas Center woman was arrested Sunday after she allegedly assaulted a Kentucky man in Waukee.
Rachel Joleena Mitchell, 22, of 28810 22nd Pl., Dallas Center, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness.
