Jamison Fisher appeared in Henry County Court in Cambridge on Friday, February 27 for a pretrial hearing in the murder case of 11-year-old Trudy Appleby. Rock Island County State’s Attorney Dora Villarreal entered a motion to withdraw from the case. The motion was granted without objection.
The court scheduled a hearing on other motions, including a motion for transfer of venue, for May 22. Fisher remains detained in the Henry County Jail. The motion for a transfer of venue was filed on February 3.
