(KMAland) — Ten KMAland youth wrestlers won Iowa AAU Kids State Championships this weekend in Des Moines.
Creston’s Brooks Malmanger, Lenox’s Emmett Samo, Moen Wrestling Academy’s Arik Honnold, MWC Wrestling Academy’s Noah Thayer, Powerhouse Wrestling Club’s Graham Mather, Bentley Madden and Tracen Frain, Sebolt Wrestling Academy’s Sam Smith and The Best Wrestler’s Braxton Newell and Jonah Pracht all won state titles at their respective weights and in their respective divisions.
Nine others were state finalists, and there were plenty more that finished between third and eighth place, receiving state medals…
