Second soldier from Iowa killed in Iran conflict identified

A second soldier from Iowa has been identified among the Army Reserve soldiers killed on Sunday.

According to the U.S. Army Reserve website, Major Jeffery O’Brien was 45 years old from Waukee, Iowa; he was appointed as a signal officer in 2012.
