A Perry man was arrested Friday after allegedly strangling a woman in a West Des Moines motel room.
Tony Hiep Le, 27, of 335 Lucinda St., Perry, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow and possession of drug paraphernalia.
