CARBONDALE, Ill. (KFVS) – Carbondale Police say a driver from Iowa was arrested after a crash left his vehicle at the bottom of Cedar Lake.
Police say they responded to the Cedar Lake Boat Ramp shortly after 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
