CLIVE IOWA – Police responded Thursday afternoon to an animal abuse complaint in the 1200 block of Forest Court after reports that several dogs had been left inside a parked truck without food or water.
According to the Clive Police Department, the reporting party said a black Chevrolet pickup truck had been parked in the area since approximately 11:30 p.m. on March 12 and had not moved.
