(Altoona, IA) — It took crews from multiple local fire departments and a helicopter from MercyOne to perform a complicated rescue in Altoona Wednesday.
The Altoona Fire Department says crews responded to reports of an unknown problem at the Kent Nutrition Plant around 10:30 Wednesday morning.
