A Kansas man, a Perry man and a woman of unknown residence were arrested Tuesday night and early Wednesday on a variety of assault and drug charges after a melee at a Perry apartment complex.
David Allan Wade, 39, of Kansas was charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury, interference with official acts, controlled substance violation, two counts of third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance, failure to affix drug stamp, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and fugitive from justice.
