The Johnston Police Department has a new leader on its team. On March 23, Lieutenant Marshall was officially sworn in by Mayor Dierenfeld during the City Council meeting.
Marshall brings more than 22 years of law enforcement experience, including work as an undercover narcotics detective and leadership roles in patrol and investigations. He helped launch the department’s drone program, serves as an Implicit Bias Instructor, and has earned multiple life-saving awards and commendations.
