An Adel man was arrested Tuesday morning after he allegedly strangled an Adel woman in the home as a child tried to intervene.
Macario Joseph Pane, 43, of 15 River Vista Dr., Adel, was charged with third or subsequent offense domestic abuse assault and child endangerment.
