A Waukee woman was arrested Monday after she allegedly stole her former dog from the residence of its current owner.
Adrianna Black, 82, of 600 N.E. Horizon Dr., Waukee, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
The incident began about 1:15 p.m. Monday at a residence in the 33000 block of Fox Creek Drive in Waukee, where Black allegedly “entered the victim’s house through an unlocked door” and “stole the victim’s dog as well as dog food that the owner possessed,” according to court records…
