A domestic abuse investigation in Bussey has led to felony charges against an Ankeny man following an alleged violent incident earlier this month.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Marion County, deputies responded on April 14th at approximately 8:16 p.m. to a report of a disturbance on 6th Street in Bussey. Investigators say the incident involved an argument between Duwarn Glover, 28, of Ankeny, and a woman who had been living with him since September 2025.
Court documents allege that during the argument, Glover reached into a vehicle where the victim was seated and grabbed her around the neck, restricting her airflow. Authorities noted that the victim had visible marks on her neck consistent with the reported assault…
