DES MOINES, Iowa — A metro university is receiving national recognition, and it’s a unique honor.
Almost a month ago, Grand View’s “Viktor the Viking” went to Daytona Beach to compete in the national Collegiate Mascot Championships.
Viktor was the only NAIA mascot to compete at the national level, with all other mascots being from an NCAA Division I program.
