Oakridge Neighborhood announces plans for $15 million Cynergy mixed-use development

DES MOINES, Iowa — In efforts to increase access to affordable housing and services in Polk County, the Oakridge Neighborhood announced plans on Tuesday to acquire land from Mainframe Studios to build a new mixed-use development called Cynergy.

The property at 1230 Oakridge Drive, which is currently a parking lot, is proposed to be home to a facility that would offer 33 housing units, additional services and economic development along the Center Street corridor.
