ADEL, Iowa (KCRG) – A Dallas County judge has denied a request from Kristin Ramsey’s defense team to dismiss a search warrant for her current cell phone.
Ramsey is charged with first degree murder in the April 2011 shooting death of Ashley Okland during an open house in West Des Moines.
