DES MOINES – Gov. Kim Reynolds announced that Corteva plans to locate the global headquarters of Vylor, its future independent seed and genetics company, in Johnston after a planned separation later this year.
According to the governor’s office, Vylor will be based at Corteva’s existing Johnston campus. The company will include the Pioneer seed brand, which has longstanding ties to Johnston.
