PAULLINA—A 48-year-old Altoona man was arrested about 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, on O’Brien County warrants for first-offense domestic abuse assault, third-degree criminal mischief and child endangerment.
The arrest of James Patrick Arrick stemmed from a report of a child custody dispute that sounded like it was escalating at a residence in Paullina at about 4:25 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, according to the Paullina Police Department.
