Golfers looking to get one last swing in at Michigan’s Cattails Golf Club just outside Detroit better hurry.
The golf course that opened 35 years ago at 57737 Nine Mile Road in Lyon Township is closing for good, perhaps as early as June 8, to make way for a housing development.
“Get in for a round by Sunday, if you wait until Monday, it might be too late,” Cattails owner Tony Moscone said. “If you are considering Cattails, the course is staying open week to week, but depending on weather, the closing might be sooner rather than later.”…
