$10M sets up next phase of Detroit River sediment cleanup

DETROIT, MI — Detroit is celebrating a riverfront revival built on parks, trails, public access and billions of dollars in waterfront reinvestment.

Now, officials say the next phase of Detroit River restoration involves something less visible: polluted sediment on the river bottom.
