James Group Inc. in Detroit, a leading provider of integrated automotive logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions, has acquired EnovaPremier, marking a significant milestone in James Group’s 55-year legacy of serving global automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
The acquisition extends James Group further beyond logistics and transportation into value-added tire and wheel assembly, adding sequencing- and assembly-to-line capabilities that complement its existing warehousing, consolidation, and shuttle operations.
