WARREN, Mich (WWJ) – Two men are behind bars on a $1 million bond each, following a terrifying armed robbery and home invasion in Warren.
Macomb County prosecutors say 29-year-old Dwayne Lewis Jr. of Detroit and 35-year-old Davon Loveings of Pittsburgh broke into a man’s apartment on June 10. Once inside, the pair allegedly held the victim at gunpoint, tied him up, and hit him in the head with a gun.
When Warren police officers arrived on the scene, they spotted the suspects taking off in a black Chevy Malibu. Officers chased the car until the passenger, Lewis, jumped out and tried to make a run for it. Police quickly caught up with him, and Loveings surrendered without a fight…
