YPSILANTI TWP., MI – The person who fatally shot a 23-year-old earlier this month is still at large, police said Thursday.
The death of Davin Copeland Jr. is still “actively under investigation,” Cmdr. Eugene Rush with the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday, June 18 in a message to MLive/The Ann Arbor.
