Henry Bernard Montgomery, 38, of Detroit, faces charges of allegedly burning and torturing a raccoon.
The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office alleged that on June 17 at around 10:45 a.m., at a home in the 12000 block of Washburn Street on Detroit’s west side, Montgomery tortured and burned a raccoon.
