WARREN (WWJ) — Several thousand homes and businesses remained without power in Warren Wednesday morning, amid dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 108°.
This is in the area of I-696 to around 13 Mile Rd., and Dequindre Rd. to Mound Rd., on the western side of Warren.
