The Detroit Athletic Club at 241 Madison, in downtown Detroit, plans to buy the neighboring building from Grand Valley State University for $6.225 million, Crain’s Detroit Business reports.
Grand Valley’s board of trustees on Friday approved the sale of the three-story, 25,000-square-foot office building, which it has owned for more than 15 years.
