The City of Detroit filed a lawsuit last week in Wayne County Circuit Court accusing former HGTV host Nicole Curtis and her company, Detroit Renovations LLC, of failing to renovate and maintain a blighted house at 451 E. Grand Blvd, the Detroit Free Press reports.
The civil nuisance-abatement lawsuit alleges that the Michigan native’s property has remained a public nuisance despite a 2021 court order requiring its renovation.
