MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)— A Michigan man has been arrested after fleeing the scene of a fatal hit-and-run crash in Marion County that left a local man dead.
Devon R. Kennedy, 47, of Detroit, was taken into custody in Columbus by troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Special Response Team.
