EASTPOINTE (WWJ) — A 38-year-old suspect is in custody after it’s alleged he stole from English Gardens, led police on a high-speed chase, and injured an Eastpointe police officer.
According to Eastpoint Police, at around 1:40 a.m. on Sept. 25, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man prowling inside the closed English Gardens on Kelly Rd. near 9 Mile Rd.
