WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. – A man who uses Meta glasses to record public conversations and post them online has pleaded guilty in Wayne County to a charge of fleeing police.
Tom Rizz, whose real name is Charles TenBroeck, was the subject of an Investigators at Local 4 report in December 2025.
In 2025, a woman, who chose to remain anonymous, said she was followed by a man at a Target in Livonia. She told Local 4 that the man tried to hit on her and made her “extremely uncomfortable.”…
