Former Livonia Mayor Jack Kirksey, who helped shape Livonia through decades of public service, has died at age 97.
The news was posted early Wednesday, Oct 14 by the Livonia Republican Club and confirmed by the office of current Livonia Mayor Maureen Miller Brosnan.
