Paris Baguette, the neighborhood bakery café concept with 4,000 cafés worldwide including over 150 in the United States, has seen significant growth in the past year. Zahhir, who is leading the brand’s expansion in Michigan, will soon be opening in Dearborn. Having recently secured real estate at 21400 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI 48124, Zahhir is on track to open his Paris Baguette in Fall 2024.
“We are thrilled to announce our newest expansion in Michigan. There’s a tremendous amount of opportunity in the bakery café space,” explained Eric Lavinder, chief development officer in a statement. “Paris Baguette is on a mission to revive the neighborhood bakery café across the nation, and our ability to stay true to our roots while embracing aggressive expansion has garnered attention that only serves to drive us forward.”
The Dearborn deal will be the second bakery café to come to Michigan. The agreement was signed by Zahhir, a Northville resident and previous owner of captured retail businesses, FedEx logistics services contractor, and franchisee with Cousins Maine Lobster. He will be pioneering the additional growth.
